Senior CRM Business Analyst

Our client in technology industry is looking for "Senior CRM Business Analyst" for their Istanbul Office. Remote working is available during pandemic.

 

Key Responsibilities


·      Analyzing customer needs, identifying as is and to be states of the project

·      Documenting requirements and identifying the scope of the project

·      Communicating project details and customer’s vision and strategy with all stakeholders; project management, software development and product development teams.

·      Identify pain points and developing solutions aligned with roadmap and timeline of the project

·      Explore new ways to increase customer satisfaction

·      Creating and managing product backlog items, prioritizing them with project stakeholders in line with project timeline

·      Interacting with integration analysts/architects to understand software requirements and assessing&reporting their impact

·      Managing application lifecycle and defining new features that can be included in the roadmap

·      Acting as a single point of contact for all stakeholders internally and externally

·      Managing multiple priorities in an extremely dynamic environment

Requirements


·      3+ years’ of experience in related industry and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM)

·      Bachelor's Degree in BA or Engineering in Master is a plus

·      Experience in process / workflow design

·      Good knowledge of Visio and MS or other project management tools

·      Preferably SQL knowledge at data query level

·      Preferably experience in retail, consumer goods and e-commerce industries
